By accessing or using AI Clothes Changer (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you don't agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Clothes Changer regarding your use of our AI-powered virtual clothing try-on service.

2. Service Description

AI Clothes Changer provides:

  • Virtual Try-On Technology: AI-powered service to visualize clothing on user-uploaded photos
  • Credit-Based System: Users purchase credits to generate AI clothing transformations
  • Image Processing: Upload your photo and clothing images for realistic virtual try-on results
  • Download Capability: Save generated images for personal use
  • Subscription Plans: Monthly and yearly subscription options with included credits

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • One account per person; multiple accounts are prohibited

Account Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account information updated
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Credit System and Billing

Credit Usage

  • Cost: Each AI generation costs 1 credit
  • New Users: Receive 2 free credits upon registration
  • Expiration: Subscription credits expire at the end of billing period; purchased credits never expire
  • Non-Refundable: Credits cannot be refunded or transferred

Subscription Plans

  • Monthly Plans: Starter (100 credits), Pro (350 credits), Premium (800 credits)
  • Yearly Plans: Save 20% with annual billing
  • One-time Purchases: Buy credits that never expire
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

Payment Terms

  • All payments processed securely through Stripe
  • Charges are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change prices with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Acceptable Use Policy

⚠️ Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload or generate:

  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content
  • Images of minors (under 18) for clothing changes
  • Content that violates others' privacy or rights
  • Copyrighted images without permission
  • Violent, threatening, or illegal content
  • Content promoting hate speech or discrimination
  • Fake identification documents or deepfakes for deception

Acceptable Uses

  • Personal photos for virtual clothing try-on
  • Fashion experimentation and styling
  • Online shopping assistance
  • Educational and creative projects
  • Commercial use with proper licensing

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of images you upload
  • You grant us limited rights to process your images for the Service
  • You represent that you have rights to all uploaded content
  • Generated images are provided for your personal use

Our Service

  • We own all rights to the AI technology and platform
  • Our trademarks and copyrights are protected
  • You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our Service
  • Generated images may not be used to train competing AI models

7. Privacy and Data Security

  • Image Deletion: Uploaded images are automatically deleted within 24 hours
  • Data Protection: We implement industry-standard security measures
  • Privacy Policy: Detailed in our separate Privacy Policy document
  • Third-Party Services: We use Google, Stripe, and other certified providers

8. Service Availability and Limitations

Service Level

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Maintenance may require temporary service interruptions
  • AI processing times may vary based on system load
  • Image quality depends on input photo quality and AI capabilities

Technical Limitations

  • Maximum file size: 10MB per image
  • Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP
  • Processing may fail with low-quality or unclear images
  • AI results are not always perfect or realistic

9. Termination

Your Rights

  • Cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data before termination

Our Rights

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Upload prohibited content
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Abuse or overload our systems
  • Fail to pay subscription fees

10. Disclaimers and Limitations
